HELP! How to get rid of dog's hair??

Has anyone tried any good or excellent cleaning products that get rid of dog's hair from furniture, floors?? I own a 10 m/o husky and I currently use swiffer for floors, and just basically vacumm the sofa EVERY DAY!! Please help!

After you get the hair under control in your house after cleaning I suggest that you brush your dog everyday outside with a "rake shedder" to get the excess hair off the dog before letting it free rain the house. Also there are shampoos and vitamins that help dogs reduce shedding. What kind of diet is he on, A bad diet will cause a dog to shed excessivly. Try putting him on a Really good dog food try nutro. You need to kick it where its comming from which is the dog.

get a poodle hahaha. they are the only dogs that dont shed hair. lol. but yah idk ne bcause i only have poodles indoors. sorry im not much of help. :)

I use swiffer and that seems to work great for me.

Also, a lot of dogs shed their winter coats in the summer. So some people actually shave their dogs before it happens. Next spring, I would suggest shaving his fur a couple of times during the summer and this will be less of a problem. For some dogs, this is actually good for them as they have really thick coats in the summertime.

Damp sponges work well on fabrics/upholstry.

it is a good idea to put some black pepper on your furniture so that the pet well not get on them as often.i know this will not answer your question but it might void out good luck with your quest... i had the same problem but it is now just a little less hairy..lol...bye

All you can do it spend 40 minutes a day brushing your puppy %26amp; that will help reduce some of the hair. For carpet I have found a rubber broom to be the best thing to strip the hair off it. Don't shave your husky - they have a special sort of coat which protects their skin ast hey produce natural oils much like lanolin %26amp; keeps them warm in winter but cool in summer.
