Well I have been playing Animal Crossing DS for a very long time now. I have researched so much. And know my sources. So all the answers I give you are correct. So about the hair thing. Keep buying stuff from Tom Nook at his store and he will finally upgrade to his final store 2-story NOOKINGTONS. It took me a while to get to it though. It's really cool! And has a hair salon with the pink poodle that will re-do your hair for 3,000 bells.
