"Do you see dog hair on my face?"?

I came upon this expression today which implies that somebody is using you as a dog's body. Have you ever heard if before? Where does it originate? I've been told South America

Google had nothing so I'll guess it may just mean a person with a beard or a dog owner who better get out the grooming tools......lol

Move their sleeve or point to their arm and say "Do I look black to you?"

I think it's along the same lines - They think you are treating them unfairly - like a dog or slave.
