Do lungs get infected by dog hair if swallowed by a person who recently recovered from pneumonia?
Lungs don't get infected by anything swallowed -- that would go down to your stomach and be digested or passed. There's no connection to the lungs unless she has a swallowing disorder. Furthermore, dog hair doesn't cause pneumonia, although (potentially) bacteria brought from outside by the dog could cause a pneumonia. But that's really unlikely.

people don't get pnuemonia from something like that...in most circumstances they get pnuemonia becuase they get a cold and don't treat it adequately.
